Uses: used in organic synthesis; use Wittig reagents, used in the preparation of alkenes, to increase the carbon number of unsaturated carbon chains. The ylide precursor of the Wittig reaction is widely used in the synthesis of unsaturated bonds in liquid crystal materials; it is a good cationic phase transition catalyst; it is widely used in the methylene reaction by using the Wittig reaction and widely used in Chemicalbook; Wittig Alkylene salt, after ring-closing metathesis, is used to synthesize an enyne that can provide a benzoazepine heterocyclic system; Wittig olefinic salt, recently used to synthesize enynes, through ring-closing metathesis to generate a benzazepine ring system . It is widely used in methyleneization through Wittig reaction.
